The Cactus Wrens are probably our favorite bird around here. They're the state bird of Arizona. We've had a family of them here, and watching the babies has left us in stitches at times...
We've watched about 5 different families of quail grow up here this spring and summer. Some of these guys are getting pretty big. I think maybe we're feeding them radioactive food...
We have numerous jackrabbits and cottontails that come to our house for food and water each day. It's been fun to watch the young ones grow up and the adults... well, do what adult rabbits do...
